Nathan had gathered his Pirates Fishing Pole and his Pirates Chair and was up and ready to go before 4:30 am Saturday morning for his first fishing trip with Dad and Papa. After traveling to Jordanelle Dam we hiked to where we thought would be a good fishing spot and got his pole baited and cast out and he was ready to pull them in!
Unfortunately we picked a spot where we got a lot of snags on underwater shrubs. But finally Papa pulled got a bite. Nathan was so excited to help pull him in and take claim to the fish!
He enjoyed eating the fish so much, he can't wait till he can go again!
Nathan looks like a natural fisherman, but what's with the Red Sox hat and shirt?
